What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end design and development for application features and enhancements.
  • Design and develop APIs, services, and data flows integrating with other systems.

  • Collaborate with DevOps on pipelines, environments, and deployments for integration.

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in software development and solution architecture.
  • Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot (REST, MVC, Security), Microservices, and modern cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI, Python, LangChain/LangGraph, prompt workflows, and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Kafka, Jenkins, Git, OpenShift, AKS, and cloud-native development.
  • Proven ability to lead solution design, product backlog management, and sprint/release planning in Agile environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, including mentoring teams and conducting technical reviews.
