What you'll do
Own the global lab operations strategy for Server CPU validation environments.
Ensure readiness of lab environments for server CPU bring-up and validation.

What we're looking for
Over 15 years of experience in electronics labs or hardware validation
Proven leadership managing large lab environments for silicon or server platforms
Strong understanding of Server CPU and SoC-based system architectures
Deep hands-on experience with FPGA programming, flash programming, and advanced board-level rework
Expertise in platform-level debug including power delivery, sequencing, clocks, and power measurement
Technical oversight for system builds, deployments, configuration (FW, BIOS, OS), and failure analysis
