We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive our SRE philosophy and processes from inception, focusing on reliability and scalability across both cloud and on-premises environments. This role involves developing observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo, participating in on-call rotations, and defining standards for application reliability within Kubernetes. You will collaborate closely with DevOps teams to enhance service stability through automation and tooling, while also working with development teams to implement SRE best practices like blameless post-mortems and service level objectives (SLOs). Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in complex distributed systems, expertise in Kubernetes and Docker, hands-on cloud platform knowledge (AWS preferred), scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go, and a strong understanding of CI/CD principles.

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go for automation.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
