We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our Execution Technology team in New York, responsible for designing and building high-performance web applications that support trading workflows. This hands-on role involves collaborating with backend engineers and front-office stakeholders to create responsive UIs for order management, execution dashboards, and real-time market data visualization using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have experience with real-time data UIs, AG Grid, and web performance optimization techniques, as well as familiarity with trading concepts such as FIX protocol and EMS/OMS systems. This role requires a strong proficiency in modern development practices and an AI-assisted mindset to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality and security.

What we're looking for

  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and principles.
  • Familiarity with trading technology environments and concepts like FIX protocol.
