As a Senior UX Engineer on the Enterprise UX team in Warsaw, you will play a pivotal role in supporting firmwide UX governance and co-leading our ShadCN-based internal design system. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in React, TypeScript, and modern component-library development, as well as managing large-scale design systems used by multiple product teams. What you'll do

  • 8+ years of experience in front-end, UX engineering, or design-system engineering.
  • Deep expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern component-library development.
  • Proven track record managing large Figma-based design systems across multiple teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ShadCN, Radix, Tailwind, or similar UI primitive libraries.
  • Ability to translate design standards into maintainable production components effectively.
  • Clear communication skills for working with engineers, designers, and senior stakeholders.
