As the International Deployment Lead on Anduril’s Air Defense team, you will oversee the deployment and maintenance of critical defense systems in the Middle East, ensuring they meet stringent mission requirements. Your day-to-day involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions by managing relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders, while also developing deep expertise in both customer missions and Anduril’s technology suite. You will act as a liaison between Anduril and its clients, translating user feedback into actionable insights for product improvements. This role requires an advanced STEM degree or equivalent experience, ideally within defense or aerospace, along with a willingness to travel extensively. Familiarity with Middle Eastern contexts and Arabic language skills are advantageous.

What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver and sustain technology capabilities in the Middle East.

Educate oneself on Anduril’s Family of Systems’ capabilities and limitations to enhance product effectiveness.
Ensure continuous improvement of products based on user feedback and evolving mission needs.

What we're looking for

Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience in defense, national security, or aerospace.
Willing to travel up to 50% annually, including extensive time in the Middle East.
Possession of a Secret security clearance.
Deep understanding of customer mission requirements and regulatory challenges.
Expert knowledge of Anduril’s Family of Systems capabilities and limitations.
Strong relationship management skills for building trust with diverse stakeholders.
