As an Integration Specialist at a leading enterprise, you will join a dedicated delivery team responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow platforms and critical business systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical design for complex integration projects such as Service Bridge, Foundation Data Sync (FDS), Oracle HR integration, and SPM/WFM data flows, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure system readiness and release sequencing. You will leverage ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, and secure integration patterns to build robust solutions, drive testing and validation efforts, and support post-deployment activities including monitoring and issue resolution. This role requires hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and interface troubleshooting in multi-system environments, as well as a strong understanding of security practices for enterprise integrations. Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries is beneficial, along with relevant ServiceNow certifications like CSA or CAD.

What you'll do

Lead technical design for ServiceNow-based connectivity, including Service Bridge and Oracle HR integration.
Define end-to-end integration architecture with interface specifications and data mappings.
Implement secure, scalable integration solutions using ServiceNow native capabilities and APIs.
Drive integration testing and validation across various scenarios to ensure reliability.
Support post-deployment activities like monitoring, issue triage, and defect resolution.

What we're looking for

5+ years experience in designing and implementing enterprise integrations, especially with ServiceNow.
Expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, and secure integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation logic, interface troubleshooting, and multi-system environments.
Experience in integration testing, monitoring, production deployments, and incident resolution.
Understanding of security practices, authentication, and access control for enterprise integrations.
Proven ability to document integration designs, operational procedures, and technical specifications.
