This role involves scaling Charged Access operations and ensuring alignment across various operational focus areas within Plaid's engineering organization.
Own end-to-end operational governance for new bank integrations and migrations.
Build and maintain master timelines, institution status trackers, and risk logs.
Drive structured risk management and issue escalation across integration projects.
Provide regular high-signal status updates to leadership on project progress.
Coordinate milestones and handoffs between Access, PD3/ProFound, DPR, and Data Access teams.
Lead Charged Access operational coordination as the program scales, including tracking and stakeholder follow-ups.
