Integration and Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Leads staffing and hiring processes, including tracking new hires and maintaining administrative records.
• Facilitates weekly staffing meetings and implements solutions for staffing challenges within EIE.
• Manages resource allocation and onboarding tasks for new employees across multiple locations.
• Analyzes training currency and compliance metrics to ensure employee certifications are up-to-date.
• Develops and implements processes for collecting, reporting, and analyzing engineering metrics.
• Coordinates proposal reviews and delivers weekly/monthly status reports to leadership.

What we're looking for

• At least 10 years of professional/military experience with functional leadership roles, or 12 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing and managing processes across large organizations.
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance and special program access (PAR).
• Background in working in classified environments with classified computer systems.
