Insurance Litigation Paralegal

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the integrity of DoorDash’s personal injury litigation docket.
• Oversee a team of paralegals handling the personal injury docket.
• Retrieve documents via service of process and distribute them to stakeholders.
• Support discovery processes, including issuing legal holds and responding to subpoenas.
• Improve workflows impacting DoorDash’s quarterly financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with in-house legal teams, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience managing a large litigation docket in a top law firm or in-house legal department
• Proven ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience supporting discovery processes, including issuing legal holds and responding to subpoenas
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
