Additionally, familiarity with federal procurement processes and defense solutions is preferred, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a Secret security clearance.

What you'll do

  • Own and manage service renewals for federal customers to protect recurring revenue.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts through regular engagement.
  • Generate quotes and process purchase orders efficiently to keep deals moving.
  • Develop net-new business by prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring no stale or fictional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers on active sales pursuits.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of sales experience in federal/defense space
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Secret security clearance required
  • Comfortable with phone, email, and video customer interactions
  • Ability to travel 10-15% for trade shows and visits
