What we're looking for
- 8+ years of industry experience in data science or advanced analytics
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering production AI solutions
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI techniques
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and modern data engineering practices
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and familiarity with big data frameworks like Spark and Hadoop
- Experience building scalable data pipelines, AI workflows, and production systems
- Healthcare data and clinical systems experience preferred
