You must have extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and systems architecture, along with strong PowerShell skills and a proven track record of supporting hybrid cloud environments. This role requires excellent documentation and communication skills to work effectively across IT, security, engineering, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

Design and implement enterprise infrastructure systems across cloud and hybrid environments.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID and Exchange Online.
Enhance identity and access management practices, including provisioning and lifecycle management.
Provide senior-level technical guidance on infrastructure design and operational best practices.
Use scripting and automation to improve consistency and reliability in infrastructure operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure, identity, and collaboration services.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related IT roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise collaboration services.
Proven expertise in identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, directory services, and conditional access.
Solid understanding of systems architecture across cloud, hybrid, networking, security, and integration patterns.
Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools, preferably PowerShell.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure and application integration issues.
