What you'll do

  • Manage and develop a team responsible for policy, risk treatment, metrics, and Cyber Defense RAU functions.
  • Identify and recommend complex solutions addressing security risks in networks, virtual private networks, and authentication services.
  • Determine appropriate strategies for information security policies, standards, and procedures across systems and applications.
  • Oversee control operation for processes spanning multiple CDM teams to ensure consistent execution of cyber risk and control functions.
  • Produce executive-level reporting translating cyber risk, control health, metrics, and trends into clear business context.
  • Coordinate Risk and Control Self-Assessment activities with RAU owners and control management teams to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent
  • Proven leadership in managing teams with moderate complexity and risk
  • Expertise in core Cyber defense domains including Incident Response, Data Loss Prevention, OSRT, CTI, and Endpoint Security solutions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive enterprise-level initiatives
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CSSLP, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement
