What you'll do

What we're looking for
3+ years experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform administration.
Expertise in configuring workflows, security settings, master data, integrations, and document templates for the GovCon module.
Practical knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance, contract flow downs, government contract frameworks, and regulated approval processes.
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business required; relevant certifications preferred.
Strong collaboration skills with technical teams, stakeholders, end users, and solution leads.
