Human Data Operations Lead – East Coast

What you'll do

• Design and execute human data collection studies for ML model training and evaluation.
• Develop study protocols and operational plans in collaboration with internal and external groups.
• Manage day-to-day operations, facility logistics, and execution of human studies at designated sites.
• Ensure alignment between data collection processes and ML quality objectives through continuous monitoring.
• Train and monitor performance of external collaborators, vendors, and on-site staff on study procedures.
• Monitor real-time dataset quality, privacy compliance, and completeness from active user studies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience conducting, managing, or coordinating human user studies.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational logistics for data collection.
• Experience with sensitive human data and strict privacy compliance protocols.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to travel extensively within the US for site management and oversight.
