What you'll do
Investigate and resolve production issues in real-time.

What we're looking for
Current student in 4th year of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or Data Science.
Proficient in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript).
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and root cause analysis.
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English for global collaboration.
Experience with FinTech, payments systems, observability tools, and ticketing systems preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Gemini to investigate issues and build automations.
