Head of Technology - Ink

What you'll do

• Define and communicate INK’s long-term technology strategy focusing on GenAI workflows and scalable environments.
• Lead evaluation and selection of tools, models, and workflows ensuring robustness and customizability for production.
• Guide research into scalable inference technologies and data pipelines for training AI models in animation.
• Ensure INK is supported by a robust architecture including distributed compute, storage, and secure collaboration systems.
• Work closely with creative leadership to assess feasibility and cost of new technical approaches supporting storytelling ambition.
• Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration between tech and creative teams to enhance production efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Over 12 years of technology leadership in animation, VFX, or games industries.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple productions.
• Experience designing end-to-end content pipelines with distributed compute and data management.
• Expertise in Generative AI workflows and associated infrastructure requirements.
• Strong understanding of building secure multi-tenant environments for concurrent projects.
