What you'll do
Set multi-year roadmap for complex global data portfolio integrating AI and ML.
Ensure strategic alignment of Pharma Commercial data initiatives with business milestones.
Oversee evolution of modern data stack to ensure a single source of truth globally.
Partner with Analytics teams to create frameworks for real-time omnichannel insights.
Lead diverse internal and external engineering networks through robust API strategies.
Ensure all data products comply with GxP, FAIR principles, and GDPR standards.
What we're looking for
15+ years experience in Product Management or Business Analysis with at least 10 years leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Deep expertise in BioPharma or regulated HealthTech, including HCP/HCO Master Data and IQVIA/Symphony feeds.
Strong knowledge of modern software architecture (Microservices, Cloud, APIs) and application of Data Science/AI in a commercial context.
Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while ensuring data governance and compliance with GxP, FAIR principles, and GDPR.
Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders towards unified strategic goals.
Experience setting multi-year roadmaps for global data portfolios and integrating Generative AI/ML capabilities.
