You will work with motor controllers, drive hardware, and feedback devices to develop and debug real-time Servo algorithms, processing instrumented system data to ensure optimal performance. This role requires a solid foundation in engineering principles and the ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams while interfacing with customers and providing technical briefings.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and test servo-control systems for aerospace applications.
  • Develop and debug Servo algorithms running in real-time environments.
  • Process instrumented real-time system data to improve control performance.
  • Apply linear algebra and dynamics principles to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on technical projects and customer briefings.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing servo-control systems for aerospace applications.
  • Strong foundation in linear algebra, dynamics, coordinate frame transformations, and control theory.
  • Experience implementing and debugging servo algorithms in real-time environments.
  • Proficient with motor controllers, motor drive hardware, and feedback devices.
  • Interim Secret Clearance required; Active Secret Clearance preferred.
