What we're looking for

Hands-on experience implementing Gemini Enterprise Customer Experience (GECX) and Google Cloud Contact Center AI solutions.
Proven ability to architect and provide technical recommendations for GECX CCaaS product offerings within client environments.
Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies in large-scale technology platform implementations.
