As a Senior Google Cloud Engineer at our cloud service broker team, you will leverage your expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), containerization, and networking to develop secure and scalable solutions for government clients. Your daily tasks include implementing IaC with Terraform, designing and deploying applications on GCP services like Compute Engine, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes Engine, while ensuring robust network configurations and data security. You will work closely with a collaborative team using Git or GitLab for version control, and you must have experience with GCP’s suite of tools including Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL. Ideal candidates also bring additional skills in cloud governance controls and optimizing workloads on GCP, along with a Secret clearance.

What you'll do
Design and develop secure cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in Google Cloud Platform.
Automate provisioning of GCP resources through IaC tools like Terraform to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Implement and manage containerization, networking services, and storage solutions on the GCP platform.
Develop and maintain cloud governance controls including IAM best practices and organization policies.
Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using GCP services such as Cloud Run and GKE.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience building software solutions for secure government cloud environments.
3+ years implementing IaC using Terraform in GCP.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions in GCP with automation tools.
Knowledge of GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
Proficiency in networking concepts like DNS, load balancing, VPCs, private connectivity, and TLS.
Secret clearance required.
