As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will join a dynamic team responsible for managing and enhancing cloud environments to ensure continuous improvement and rapid issue resolution. Your daily tasks will include designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes, as well as troubleshooting complex issues in CI/CD pipelines. You should have extensive experience with Amazon Web Services, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and command-line interfaces such as Bash, along with a strong background in DevOps practices and containerization tools. Additionally, familiarity with Python and Java programming, Git or GitLab, and cloud security principles is highly desirable. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and typically involves working on large-scale enterprise solutions at the cutting edge of cloud-native technology.
Manage and support Amazon Web Services environments for continuous improvement.
Design and automate cloud resource provisioning using Terraform or similar tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Kubernetes-based platform-as-a-service technologies.
Enhance security practices and apply cloud security principles effectively.
Collaborate on the creation of automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience developing and deploying enterprise cloud-native solutions or equivalent.
Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Proficiency in designing, automating provisioning using Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools.
Expertise in platform-as-a-service technologies such as Kubernetes.
Top Secret clearance required.
Strong background in continuous automation, troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, and resolving issues for cloud tools.
