Who we are looking for
The ORMB Solution Architect and Development Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions for State Street’s Global Billing Organization (GBO) and Global Accounting Organization (GAO). This role will also lead the design and implementation of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) solutions to expand current ORMB reporting capabilities as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with our business partners to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. This role will also be responsible for managing the implementation process, ensuring that the solution is delivered on time and within budget.
What you will be responsible for
- Work with GBO/GAO to understand their business requirements and develop ORMB solutions that meet their needs
- Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing ORMB solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
- Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing solutions in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to meet new ORMB reporting requirements
- Manage the implementation process, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers and business partners
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional solution design documents, configuration guides, and architecture diagrams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ORMB features and functionalities and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements
- Collaborate with other architects and developers to ensure that ORMB solutions are integrated with other systems and applications
- Provide training and support to developers and business users as needed
- Work with development teams to provide GenAI solutions

Education & Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ORMB solutions
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing and implementing software solutions
- Strong knowledge of ORMB architecture, configuration, and customization
- Experience with Oracle database technologies, including SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with Java and web services
- Experience implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including agent‑based and agentic AI systems
- Experience with Agile SDLC practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in ORMB
- Experience in AWS solutions involving Oracle Databases
- Experience with Oracle Golden Gate
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Server/Cloud and/or OBIEE
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $207,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
