What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end data product lifecycle for SSIM’s enterprise transformation.
Define and execute a multi-year global roadmap for core data products.
Establish standards and governance for implementing unified cloud-first data platforms.
Direct teams to deliver scalable, interoperable, and cost-efficient data services.
Manage strategic vendor relationships for effective integration and service performance.
What we're looking for
At least 20 years of experience in financial services with a focus on data technology and product management.
Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience leading large-scale data transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of global multi-asset classes and enterprise functions like Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-year transformation programs.
Working knowledge of cloud-native data ecosystems, API-first delivery patterns, and AI-enabled analytics.
Demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
