What you'll do

Design and implement service functional architecture on CRM and ERP platforms.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize service business processes.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional designs.
Analyze solution options, develop proof-of-concepts, and implement new processes.
Support the implementation of CRM and ERP systems by collaborating with technical teams.
Apply modern tools like robotic process automation to enhance business processes.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in implementing SAP ECC Customer Service in manufacturing environments.
Deep integration experience within the aftermarket service line, including Sales, Field Service Management, Logistics Execution, Quality, and Finance.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as SFDC, SAP C/4, MS Dynamics, or equivalent.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4, specifically in Customer Management and Service.
Ability to design service processes for Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers or similar industries.
Experience evaluating multiple technology platforms and implementing CRM and ERP systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
