What we're looking for

2+ years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
1+ year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
1+ year experience with modern AI platforms including abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
3+ years strong Python or Java experience building 12-factor applications and Infrastructure as Code.
3+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration, leading technical discussions and workshops.
Relevant AI certifications or agentic tooling experience preferred.
Experience in defining enterprise-grade architectures for compound AI systems.
