What you'll do

Design and implement durable distributed systems for enterprise cloud environments.
Build high-availability pipelines using Apache Flink for real-time data processing.
Develop low-latency, large-scale data ingestion pipelines for conversational data.
Mentor teams in CI/CD best practices and automation techniques.
Architect distributed real-time streaming systems with message queuing technologies.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in technical design and implementation.
Manage and monitor mission-critical infrastructure using logging and alerting services.

What we're looking for

Over 7+ years experience in architecting and managing durable distributed systems at scale for major enterprise cloud providers.
Hands-on expertise with building high availability big data pipelines using Flink and other streaming technologies.
Proven track record of acting as a CI/CD champion, mentoring teams in best practices and automation.
Extensive knowledge of contemporary public cloud frameworks (AWS, GCP, Azure) and high-performance backend infrastructure.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming with mastery in at least one language such as Java, Go, Python, C++, or Ruby.
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership for cross-functional collaboration and mentorship of junior engineers.
