What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Robotics.
  • 7+ years of experience with flight controls and system development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing multi-layer state machines.
  • Proficiency in embedded software design or state machine design.
  • Familiarity with FAA certification procedures (e.g., DO-254).
  • Knowledge of relevant software tools like Matlab, Simulink, C/C++, Python.
  • Mentorship experience or coaching a technical team.
