What you'll do

  • Lead technical design wins for AI and Data Center networking solutions within Tier-1 OEM accounts.
  • Facilitate technical workshops with OEM product managers and system architects to optimize joint solutions.
  • Enable OEM’s internal teams to drive downstream sales to tier 1 and tier 2 service providers.
  • Serve as a link between OEM platform engineering teams and internal Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Oversee complex supply chain, forecasting, and demand planning for AI data center networking.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years experience in OEM Account Management or Technical Sales with major hardware OEMs.
  • Proven track record of securing design wins for AI data center networking solutions.
  • Deep technical expertise in server architecture, Ethernet switching, and optical interconnects.
  • Existing relationships within engineering and product management at major enterprise systems OEMs.
  • Strong consultative problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex platform release cycles.
  • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; M.S. preferred.
  • Experience facilitating technical workshops and enabling internal teams for downstream sales.
