As a Fellow – AI Systems Architect for Product Operations at ARM, you will lead the development and implementation of large-scale autonomous AI systems across the semiconductor lifecycle. You will drive AI-enabled transformations in areas like architecture & design, functional verification, DFT, PETE, quality, reliability, and supply chain management, identifying high-impact automation opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has extensive semiconductor experience and expertise in agentic AI architectures, generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, along with hands-on experience deploying Multi-Agent AI systems in production environments.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute ARM’s long-term vision for Agentic AI across engineering operations.
  • Architect and deploy enterprise-scale Multi Agentic AI platforms using advanced technologies like LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Drive AI-enabled transformation in semiconductor lifecycle stages including design, verification, testing, quality, reliability, and supply chain management.
  • Identify high-impact AI automation opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish enterprise-wide AI governance, security, deployment, and adoption guidelines for seamless integration.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation focused on AI excellence.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 20 years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying Multi-Agent AI systems in production environments.
  • Proven technical leadership across semiconductor design, verification, DFT, test engineering, yield, quality, reliability, and failure analysis.
  • Strong expertise in Agentic AI Architectures, Generative AI, LLMs, SLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and ML/DL.
  • Experience building enterprise automation platforms integrating with engineering, manufacturing, and business systems.
  • Outstanding communication, technical leadership, and collaboration management skills.
