What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Centers or Critical Facilities with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong technical skills including systems, emergency generators, HVAC, and UPS management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage unionized technical teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CMMS platforms and Life Cycle Asset Management planning
  • Experience in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic initiative development
