What you'll do

What we're looking for
Over 10 years of software engineering experience and at least 5 years in engineering management.

Experience collaborating with product, data, operations, and business teams on strategic initiatives.
Expertise in setting technical direction for complex platforms and making investment decisions.
Leadership in AI transformation within engineering organizations (preferred).
Background in fintech or related industry (preferred).
