What you'll do

  • Define and execute strategic roadmap for digital products from incubation to sunsetting.
  • Manage long-term investments and resource allocation across the analytics portfolio.
  • Streamline segmentation, targeting, call planning, field effectiveness, and channel measurement analytics.
  • Integrate machine learning and AI solutions into the analytics product suite.
  • Design omnichannel strategies for campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI optimization.
  • Lead structured change management to ensure successful product integration into business workflows.
  • Attract, lead, and mentor a high-performing team focused on engagement and career growth.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, scientific, engineering, or technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in customer-focused roles with at least 6 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or digital health.
  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from visioning to impact measurement.
  • Deep expertise in field analytics and marketing ROI optimization.
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise-level analytics platforms and deploying them successfully.
  • Strong communication skills and success in facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive experience working with data science teams and integrating AI/ML solutions.
