What you'll do
Leads and consults on design and implementation of ETL solutions for complex projects.
Defines policies and best practices for ETL data manipulation functions within the organization.
Evaluates new tools and techniques to improve real-time and batch data access across platforms.
Drives technology transformation, modernization, and large-scale program delivery in banking/finance.
Implements data governance, security, and compliance controls aligned with regulatory standards.
Designs and manages enterprise data ingestion architectures for both real-time and batch processing.

What we're looking for
At least 6 years of experience with ETL design, development, and support.
Demonstrated ability to define target architecture for business agility using Cloud Native and On-prem solutions.
Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams in technology transformation projects.
Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance controls aligned with regulatory standards.
Expertise in multi-zone data lake patterns and real-time/batch data ingestion architectures.
Hands-on experience with AWS GLUE, S3/EFS, Redshift, Kafka/Event Hubs, and other relevant tools.
Leadership in designing enterprise data governance frameworks including data lineage and cataloging.
