We are seeking a Test Technician, EOL to join our team at the Ashville, OH facility. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary engineers and operations teams to scale production of advanced autonomous air vehicles (AAVs). Your day-to-day responsibilities include testing complex electromechanical assemblies, executing detailed sub-system End-of-Line tests, performing quality inspections on PCBA’s, troubleshooting electrical issues at the component level, and supporting operator training. You will also contribute to process documentation and improvement while adhering to safety practices. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in electronics testing within fields like robotics or aerospace, proficiency with basic electrical test equipment, and familiarity with technical documentation such as schematics and drawings. Experience with AAVS equipment is preferred, along with IPC certifications and knowledge of low volume/high mix manufacturing environments.
