What you'll do

Designs and develops non-embedded software following industry standards.
Assists in debugging and resolving issues to ensure software reliability.
Supports Agile teams in integrating solutions onto the B-2 platform.
Applies engineering principles to continuously improve weapon system capabilities.
Documents and maintains architectures, requirements, and designs for software products.
Tracks and evaluates software team performance against project plans and standards.
Gathers information to translate system-level requirements into initial software design.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience with C and/or C++ programming languages
Familiarity with modern software development tools like Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, and Git
Ability to obtain a Secret U.S. government security clearance
Knowledge of Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS) and embedded real-time software development
Skills in developing models and simulations for engineering applications
Experience working on Agile teams and contributing to system integrations
