  • Design and oversee company-wide compliance training programs and promote a culture of ethical conduct.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of compliance experience in the insurance industry.
  • Deep knowledge of state insurance regulatory frameworks and DOI examination processes.
  • Proven ability to build or scale a compliance program, including policy development and team management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional partnerships with Enterprise Risk Management, Finance, Operations, etc.
  • Strong executive communication skills for senior leadership presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; J.D., compliance certification, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with public company governance obligations and SEC compliance expectations.
