What you'll do

  • Define and execute the 18–24 month marketplace product strategy.
  • Build and optimize the publisher experience for easy onboarding and certification.
  • Design the subscriber journey for seamless discovery and installation of offerings.
  • Develop a monetization framework that balances ISV flexibility with customer coherence.
  • Drive end-to-end GTM strategies, including field enablement and partner co-sell programs.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in product management with experience launching and scaling multi-sided platforms.
  • Proven ability to design and operate monetization models for digital marketplaces.
  • Strong track record of leading partner and ISV engagements at business, technical, and commercial levels.
  • Fluency with modern cloud architectures including multi-tenant SaaS and REST/event-driven APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise marketplace platforms in networking or security domains.
  • Understanding of AI agent frameworks and agentic automation distribution strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex ecosystem plays effectively.
