What you'll do

Manage staffing, prioritization, and execution consistency for long-term investments.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in an engineering management role.
Strong technical background in frontend or cross-platform development.
Proven ability to drive long-term platform investments and manage stakeholders effectively.
Experience building or leading developer experience, design tooling, or design system infrastructure.
Familiarity with Figma's ecosystem including plugins and design-to-code workflows.
