As a Senior Software Engineer on Airbnb’s Quality Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in building AI-native quality workflows that enhance software testing at scale. This role requires hands-on development, system design, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship within a high-scale environment, ideally with experience in building platforms, infrastructures, or developer tooling, as well as familiarity with LLMs and applied AI techniques like prompt engineering and RAG.
