Engineering Manager II, Computer Vision - Applied AI

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team developing state-of-the-art vision and multimodal systems for production applications.
• Develop technical strategies aligning with business objectives and translate complex requirements into multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects through effective delegation and high engineering standards maintenance.
• Mentor and develop deep learning engineers, fostering continuous learning and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive technical innovation and deliver measurable impact across business units.
• Shape long-term technical direction for computer vision initiatives, elevating engineering standards and driving business impact.

What we're looking for

• Over 12 years of industry experience including at least 3 years leading engineering teams in large-scale production environments.
• Proven ability to deliver sustained business impact through strong execution and organizational leadership over multiple quarters.
• Experience translating complex product requirements into clear technical roadmaps and platform architectures for multi-year strategies.
• Strong track record of driving timely execution, empowering technical leads, and aligning cross-team priorities effectively.
• Deep expertise in computer vision techniques such as object detection, segmentation, OCR, document layout understanding, and point cloud processing.
