What you'll do

Lead the engineering team in achieving high technical quality and reliability in data-serving infrastructure.
Shape long-term Data Serving strategy by collaborating with key stakeholders across Stripe.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience managing teams that shipped and operated critical distributed system infrastructure.
Successfully recruited and built great engineering teams.
Technical acumen to drive clarity with staff engineers on architecture and strategic decisions.
Experience working with Data Serving technologies like Apache Pinot, Trino, Elasticsearch, Kafka/Kinesis.
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences including leadership and company-wide.
Thrives in an ambiguous environment with high autonomy and responsibility.
