What we're looking for
10+ years of software or data engineering experience with expertise in distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
5+ years of proven leadership in managing engineering teams, including coaching tech leads.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to build shared tooling for other engineering teams.
Strong background in real-time data pipelines, release automation, CI/CD infrastructure, or experimentation platforms.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple sub-teams with distinct charters across different time zones.
Effective communication skills to navigate conflict and align diverse partners on strategic goals.
