What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of industry experience with at least a Staff-level engineering role before management.
  • Over 1 year of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience building and iterating LLM-based products using various techniques like prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs through user research and rapid experimentation.
  • Ability to balance divergent thinking with convergent thinking for project success.
  • Extensive curiosity and passion for working in the GenAI applications space.
