What you'll do

  • Identify and resolve equipment reliability issues to maximize energy production.
  • Analyze SCADA data and operational trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support resolution of routine and moderately complex operational issues by tracking and verifying improvements.
  • Develop monitoring tools and analytics to enhance operational visibility and performance insights.
  • Review inspection findings and support maintenance prioritization for End-of-Warranty activities.
  • Participate in site operation calls and collaborate with field personnel to resolve equipment issues.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of related engineering experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in ABET-accredited engineering program; alternative degrees considered.
  • Ability to analyze SCADA data and operational trends for root cause identification.
  • Experience supporting resolution of equipment reliability and performance issues.
  • Collaborative skills for working with field personnel, OEMs, contractors, and vendors.
  • Development and improvement of monitoring tools and troubleshooting documentation.
