Senior ElectroMechanical Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead hardware development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of electromechanical systems.
• Design missile and radar electronics packaging, including PCBs, harness assemblies, and electronic enclosures.
• Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and layout schematics for electromechanical components.
• Serve as MRB authority, making technical decisions to resolve issues efficiently.
• Define test criteria and execute verification tests for hardware iterations, documenting results.
• Perform thermal, shock, vibration, and EMI analyses to ensure compliance with flight standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional Electromechanical Engineering experience.
• Proficiency with CREO and Windchill or similar CAD and PLM tools.
• Experience in MFC circuit card and PWB packaging design.
• Knowledge of GD&T, military/aerospace specifications, and technical data package generation.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with defense customers.
• Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
