What you'll do

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for harness and PCBA build and rework.
  • Oversee daily operations of the EE lab, including tool maintenance and procurement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Plan and direct project activities with accountability for timely completion.
  • Conduct quality inspections according to industry standards (e.g., IPC).

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an engineering technician in a prototype/development lab.
  • Prior leadership experience in an engineering lab environment.
  • Ability to read and understand complex PCBA schematics, cable assembly drawings, and test procedures.
  • Extensive prototyping experience: soldering, crimping, assembling cables per IPC Standards.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical components & connectors, familiarity with basic hand tools and crimping equipment.
  • Basic electrical understanding and proficiency with standard electrical test equipment like DMMs, oscilloscopes.
