What you'll do

  • Support executive leadership with continuous planning and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate resource planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Facilitate meetings such as leadership off-sites and staff reviews.
  • Develop and report on engineering strategy in conjunction with sector leads.
  • Track independent reviews and coordinate regular review of engineering metrics.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience or higher education equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects within budget and timeline.
  • Deep familiarity with Northrop Grumman’s portfolio, product lines, and business planning processes.
  • Expert knowledge in corporate engineering standards and guidelines.
  • Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance.
