What you'll do

Lead technical execution from initial design through prototyping and testing of new drone products.
Develop surrogate aircraft to test algorithms in live flight conditions rapidly.
Create and validate test points for various stakeholders across the TRS organization.
Support remote troubleshooting and operation of deployed autonomous systems.
Prepare mission cards and assist in planning flight missions to meet engineering requirements.

What we're looking for

Experience with Ardupilot / PX4 and RC systems.
Part 107 operator certification required.
Hands-on build and prototyping of complex robotic systems.
Ability to engage technically across mechanical, electrical, firmware, sensors, and robotics software.
Willingness and ability to travel for operational needs (<30%).
Desire to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
